Blogs are easy to create. We have already discussed this in
one of our post. But we should take some precautions while creating a new blog.
This will make your blogging experience clean and safe. So here are simple tips
to follow while creating a blog using blogspot.com.

Create a good title for your blog. Don’t make
any spelling mistakes for your blog title. It may prevent your blog to index in
search engines like Google. If you want to know the correct spelling of the title
you have created, just search your title in the search engine. If the spelling
of the title is incorrect you can see some spelling suggestions from Google.
Follow the suggestions.

Description: Try to include all keywords of your
blog content in description. It will allow you to index quickly in Google. You
must also take care to avoid spelling mistakes in description. Follow the same
procedure said in step 1.

If you want to make money using blogs, then
never make “NO” for the options “Add your blogs to our listings” and “Let
search engine find your blog”. Add your blogs to our listings means that visitors
can see your blogs in blogspot listings. Also your blogs will be seen through
the “Next blog” icon which is seen in the navigation bar of every blog. If you make “NO” to “Let search engine find
your blog” then your blog is never going to index in search engines. So the
only visitors of your blog will be your friends and families who know the blog
address. On the other side if your blog is private and don’t want to make it
available to public then make sure that you make “NO” to the above said
options.
- 4.
Adult Content: If your blog contains any adult
contents then make sure that you make this option as Yes. Any visitor entering
to your blog will be given a warning message about the adult content. If the
blog doesn’t contain any adult content make sure to put this option as “NO”.
- 5.
Always download your template before making any
changes to html. Because if you make any mistake during editing in html then
you can upload your old template easily. So always keep a copy of template
before working with template.
